By visiting this website, creating an order, or downloading any EBD BEAT LAB product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.
2. Who we are
EBD BEAT LAB (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital music production tools for producers, beatmakers, artists, DJs, and remixers, including sample packs, construction kits, MIDI files, one-shots, presets, and related downloadable materials.

3. Products and digital delivery
Our products are digital goods delivered electronically (typically as a downloadable archive containing audio files, MIDI, presets, and documentation).
- Delivery is usually immediate after successful payment confirmation through our checkout partner (Whop).
- You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam/junk folders.
- Download links or access credentials may expire or be rotated for security reasons; contact us if you need replacement access.
- Product descriptions, feature lists, and compatibility information on the site are provided in good faith and may be updated over time.
4. License grant (royalty-free content)
When you purchase a product, EBD BEAT LAB grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased audio/MIDI/preset content in your own creative and commercial music projects, subject to these Terms.
You may:
- Use the sounds, loops, MIDI, and presets in original compositions, beats, songs, commercial releases, sync placements, DJ sets, and remixes you create.
- Edit, process, layer, and rearrange the content as part of your productions.
- Make reasonable backup copies for your own archival use.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, lease, sublicense, or publicly upload the original sample files, MIDI files, or presets as standalone content.
- Include our unmodified files in another sample pack, preset bank, marketplace listing, or subscription library.
- Claim authorship of the original EBD BEAT LAB source files themselves.
- Use the content to train machine-learning models or generative AI systems without our prior written consent.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed by Whop or another designated payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our website. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location and the payment provider’s rules.
6. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final once download access has been granted. If you experience a technical delivery failure, corrupt archive, or duplicate charge, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue (replacement download and/or refund where appropriate).
7. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, product names, artwork, demos, and downloadable files remain the intellectual property of EBD BEAT LAB or its licensors. Purchase grants a usage license to the product files as described above; it does not transfer ownership of copyrights or trademarks.
8. Demo previews
Audio demos on this site are provided for evaluation only. Listening to a demo does not grant a license to use the demo recording or underlying samples outside the purchased product license.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interfere with site operations, scrape content at abusive volumes, or use the site for unlawful activity.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every DAW/plugin combination will behave identically.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EBD BEAT LAB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EBD BEAT LAB from claims arising out of your misuse of the products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights in connection with your productions.
13. Third-party services
Checkout, hosting, analytics, or support tools may be provided by third parties (including Whop). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when revisions are published. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which EBD BEAT LAB primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
